ARTICLE 1: Purpose
The purpose of these "general terms of use" is to provide a legal framework for the use of the SOLAMOR.paris website and its services.
This contract is concluded between:
The website manager, hereinafter referred to as the "Publisher",
Any natural or legal person wishing to access the site and its services, hereinafter referred to as the "User".
The general terms of use must be accepted by all Users, and their access to the site implies acceptance of these terms.

ARTICLE 3: Access to services
The User of the SOLAMOR.paris website has access to the following services:
- viewing the brand's history
- viewing the brand's eyewear models
Any User with internet access can access the site for free and from anywhere. The costs incurred by the User to access it (internet connection, computer equipment, etc.) are not borne by the Publisher.
The following services are not accessible to the User unless they are a member of the site (i.e. identified using their login credentials):
- reservation of eyeglasses
- order tracking
The site and its various services may be interrupted or suspended by the Publisher, particularly for maintenance purposes, without prior notice or justification.
ARTICLE 4: User's Responsibility
The User is responsible for the risks associated with the use of their login ID and password.
The User's password must remain secret. In case of password disclosure, the Publisher disclaims all responsibility.
The User assumes full responsibility for their use of the information and content present on the SOLAMOR.paris website.
Any use of the service by the User that directly or indirectly results in damage must be subject to compensation for the site.
ARTICLE 5: Publisher's Responsibility
Any server or network malfunction cannot engage the Publisher's responsibility.
Similarly, the site's responsibility cannot be engaged in cases of force majeure or the unforeseeable and insurmountable act of a third party.
The SOLAMOR.paris website undertakes to implement all necessary means to guarantee the security and confidentiality of data. However, it does not provide a guarantee of total security.

The SOLAMOR.paris website reserves the right to modify the clauses of these general terms of use at any time and without justification.
ARTICLE 10: Contract duration
The duration of this contract is indefinite. The contract takes effect for the User from the beginning of the use of the service.
ARTICLE 11: Applicable law and competent jurisdiction
This contract is governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute not resolved amicably between the User and the Publisher, the courts of PARIS are competent to settle the dispute.
